• Discuss Section Review Pg. 187
• Punnett Square Review
• Chapter 6, Section 3 – Meiosis
• Read and Discuss Pgs. 188-193.
• Note: Science Fair Question is due Friday December 3rd.

8th Grade

• Continue Common Compounds Presentation
• In each case students will: Write the Chemical Formula, Write the Individual Component Elements, Determine What it is Used For, Determine Where it Might be Found, Find a Picture of the Compound.
• Each Compound Will Have it’s Own Slide
• Each Presentation will Have a Title Slide
• There will be a Total of 10 Slides
• The Compounds to be presented are Sodium Chloride, Carbon Dioxide, Calcium Carbonate, Ammonia, Magnesium Oxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Bicarbonate, Hydrogen Chloride, Sodium Hydroxide
• Note: Science Fair Question is due Friday December 3rd.
