  • Newton’s Laws of Motion
  • 1st Law – An object at rest remains at rest and an object in motion remains in motion
  • 2nd Law – F=MA
  • 3rd Law – Every Action has an equal and opposite reaction
  • View Presentation and Get Notes into Notebooks
  • Brainpop – Newton’s Laws of Motion
  • If not finished then complete “A Day Without Friction” – Students will write a story about a day they awoke and discovered that the laws of friction had disappeared.  Luckily they left their “Friction Boots” beside their bed and are now able to make it around town.  They will describe how the world is affected and realize just how important friction really is to them.
  • Write up final draft on the laptops using Word or Pages
  • Chapter 13 Quiz – Thursday April 14th, 2011
